1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a quote request to Great ImPRESSions Embroidery ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Great ImPRESSions Embroidery provides custom embroidery services including personalized totes, apparel, baby items, wedding gifts, and pet accessories. All orders are custom-made to your specifications. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are provided as estimates until a formal quote is confirmed. Pricing may vary based on:

• Design complexity and stitch count
• Item type, quantity, and material
• Turnaround time requested
• Number of thread colors

A quote is not a binding contract until both parties have confirmed the order details and payment terms in writing.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit as agreed. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of your quote. Full payment may be required before production begins on custom orders. We do not offer refunds on completed custom embroidery items unless there is a defect in our workmanship.

5. Design & Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or design files, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use the submitted design
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant us permission to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order

We reserve the right to refuse designs that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe on third-party rights.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to design complexity, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item has a defect caused by our workmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] and we will work to make it right.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great ImPRESSions Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design elements — is the property of Great ImPRESSions Embroidery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.
